No Refunds:
Once an assessment is purchased, the client is not entitled to a refund. This policy applies to all services provided by Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC.
Exceptions:
In the event that Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, the client may be eligible for a refund or partial refund, at the sole discretion of Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC.
Dispute Resolution:
You may email any disputes regarding services provided and the no refund policy to Support@CBHassessments.com. Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
Acknowledgment:
By engaging with our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy. It is the client’s responsibility to understand this policy before purchasing or engaging in any services from Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC.
Changes to the Policy:
Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC reserves the right to amend this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
Fees:
We do not offer a sliding scale. However, there are options to make payments. Our service fees are very fair, but you may find an agency that offers a lower fee. If this occurs, please ask them if they are affiliated with any treatment facilities/programs. If they are, you may receive a cheaply priced evaluation or assessment, but you may be referred for services that you do not necessarily need, and this could potentially cost you more time and money than necessary.
Unwarranted Referrals:
Please note that Champions Behavioral Health, PLLC is not a treatment program, nor are we affiliated with one, which means we will not recommend services for you that are not needed. It is guaranteed that you will receive fair evaluation results, as we have no incentive to refer you to treatment programs that are not needed or appropriate for you. We will not make you jump through hoops that stretch out into weeks and sometime months as some programs often do. Rest assured; you will receive professionally warranted treatment recommendations.
